To get the most out of this practice, please have with you:

A quiet space undisturbed (enlist the help of friends or family to make this a reality. Practice asking for what you need.), a journal, a pen, paper, colored pencils, water, yoga mat, a comfortable seat, and any items collected from nature that inspire you or give you a sense of awe.

Arrive in comfortable clothes suitable for expansive breathing and imagining.
